First of all, please, add VPN Unlimited and TAP-Windows adapter to "trusted apps/exceptions" of your Antivirus/Firewall to make sure that our service is not blocked by your security software.
If the same issue occurs — please, try to do the following:
1. Restart the VPN Unlimited app.
2. Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner -> Settings -> Protocols
3. Enable WireGuard and re-check the performance by connecting to several different country servers. Should the issue persist - be sure to try the rest of the protocols (IKEv2, OpenVPN, Hysteria2, and KeepSolid Wise TCP/TLS/UDP).
If the previous instruction does not help, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager -> Network Adapters -> choose TAP-Windows adapter -> disable it, then enable again.
2. Open the VPN Unlimited app and try to connect to different servers.
