I purchased a subscription via App Store, but the app does not show it. What to do?

First of all, please, try to do the following on the device that was used to make this purchase:

1. Open VPN Unlimited app.

2. Click on the menu icon "three lines".

3. Click Purchases -> "Restore Purchase" at the bottom of this tab.

4. Check your subscription period.

Please note that you might need to log out/log in VPN Unlimited app with your account.

 

If this won't help, please provide us with the receipt of your purchase. It should contain Order ID (Transaction ID) and you should receive it on your Apple ID-connected email. We will check it for you, and will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
