I purchased a subscription via Microsoft Store, but the app does not show it. What to do?

First of all, please, try to restore your purchase in the Microsoft Store version of the app on a Windows device.

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Open the VPN Unlimited app;

2. Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner -> Account-> click on "Restore purchases";

3. Please log out/ log in the app and check your subscription period.

 

If this won't help, please provide us with the receipt of your purchase. It should contain Order ID (Transaction ID) and you should receive it on your email. We will check it for you, and will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
