I purchased a subscription via Amazon Store, but the app does not show it. What to do?

If this won't help, please provide us with the receipt of your purchase. It should contain Order ID (Transaction ID) and you should receive it on your email. We will check it for you, and will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
