Unfortunately, there is no way to reset the Two-Factor Authentication from our side. Please note that on the Two-Factor Authentication setup page, we state: “If you lose access to your two-factor authentication credentials, use a backup code to log in to your account and disable the type of two-factor authentication, which is no longer available. Download your backup codes and make sure to keep them somewhere safe. Note: If you lose your backup codes, you might be permanently locked out of your account.“
