Currently, automatic email changing feature is disabled due to technical reasons.
But you can create a new account using another email address, and we can transfer the rest of your subscription to another account.
In order to transfer the subscription you need to:
1. Create a new account using another email address on our website: https://id.keepsolid.com/signup 2. Provide the following information:
- the screenshot of the receipt for the latest purchase on the original account;
- the registration date of your original account (the user can find this information by looking at the date of the first service email from KeepSolid);
- the email address of your new account.
3. Send us an email from the email address that is registered as the original account in our system, that will work as proof that you're the account owner.
