I can't connect on macOS. What should I do?

Please, try to do the following:

1. Restart the VPN Unlimited app.

2. Click on the Menu icon -> Settings -> Protocols.

3. Enable WireGuard and re-check the performance by connecting to several different country servers.

Should the issue persist - be sure to try the rest of the protocols (IKEv2, OpenVPN, and KeepSolid Wise TCP, TLS and UDP). 

 

If the issue persists, please do the following:

1. Go to System Preferences -> Profile > delete VPN Unlimited profile * If you don’t have the Profile folder in System Preferences: Go to System Preferences -> Network -> delete VPN Unlimited configuration*

2. Reboot your Mac

3. Open the VPN Unlimited app, select any VPN server, and try to connect to it.
