How to remove an account?

You can delete your account in your web office on our website: https://my.keepsolid.com/.

1. Log in to your web office and click on your KeepSolid ID in the top right corner.

2. Click on "Manage" on the Profile block.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of that page to find the Delete Account block.

4. Click Delete -> Delete All.

5. The confirmation mail will be sent to your mailbox.

Use the link in it to confirm and complete the deletion of the account.

Please notice that all your purchases (if you have any) become non-refundable after the account deletion.
