I'm unable to access the streaming service. What should I do?

- First of all, please follow the instructions in our guides: https://www.keepsolid.com/smartdns/manuals

- Make sure you detected and updated your current IP in our system.

You can do it in the user office: https://my.keepsolid.com/products/smartdns/

- Then try to open our test page: https://smartdns-test.keepsolid.com/

It will show if you have configured your device correctly or not.
