Unfortunately, Ubuntu 24.04 is not an officially supported OS version by our software yet.
Here are the versions that are 100% supported: Debian 12, Ubuntu 22.04, Linux Mint 21.2-21.3, Zorin OS 17.
As a suggestion, you can try to use a VPN browser extension instead.

Also, you can try to manually create VPN configurations instead of using the app or browser extension.
