Emails are the part of our service. You can unsubscribe from the marketing and promotional materials at any time in your web office on our website:
https://my.keepsolid.com/account.
But if you do not want to receive any emails from us, you need to delete your account. You can do it in your web office on our website:
1. Log in to your web office and click on your KeepSolid ID in the top right corner.
2. Click on "Manage" on the Profile block.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of that page to find the Delete Account block.
4. Click Delete -> Delete All. 5. The confirmation mail will be sent to your mailbox.
Use the link in it to confirm and complete the deletion of the account.
Please note that all your purchases (if you have any) will become non-refundable after the account deletion.
