I have been trying to cancel my subscription to this app but more than 12 hours now, but it hasn't worked. The service agents have given me replies such as to do it from my Microsoft Store app and said that they don't ask for payment information upon sign up, but this has not been true with my case. I'm beginning to be concerned that this app is a scam.
